Q: How do I convert the canvas bagg to a knapsack?
A: Using the double handle, extend the straps to there maximum length. Cinch the bag closed and pull the straps through the guides until the knapsack feature is complete.
Q: When rolled up, how can I secure it?
A: Using the rope provided, untie one of the two knots and pull the rope through the grommets and wrap it around the roll and tie it with a square knot.
Q: Is the canvas bagg washable?
A: Yes, wash and block to dry, as one would with a wool sweater.
Q: How do I clean my poly bagg?
A: Vacuum, or mild detergent, wipe or sponge dry.
Q: Are the baggs guaranteed?
A: If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please return the bag for a replacement or refund within 60 days. There will be a small restocking fee of only $6.95.
Q: How do I exchange my bag for another color or another style?
A: First, call us to let us know what you want to do.
If you want to exchange your bag for another of equal value, your restocking fee is only $6.95. If you want to trade for another bag of greater or lesser value, the restocking fee is 6.95, plus the difference in cost between the two bags.
Q: What can your baggs be used for?
A: The Nantucket Diddy Bagg is extremely versatile. Starting out as a carpenter's tool bag, it has now found favor in many markets from commercial to fine painters' totes, to knitting and crocheting, locksmiths and plumbers, boaters and archeologists. If you have implements, crafts, tools, hooks...whatever you want to organize for home or travel... the Nantucket Diddy Bagg will work beautifully. We've seen it with diapers and beach blankets or with two bottles of wine, crackers and cheese. Our bags are terrific as a beach, shower or dorm bag. Gardeners like to keep their tools on the outside and it's handy to use for a quick grocery run when not in use for other things. The applications are endless.
Q: How much are shipping costs?
A: Varies with distance from the East Coast. Approximately $5.95 to 9.95 in the US.
Q: What if an item is too large for a pocket like a pad or folder?
A: Each pocket is created with stitches. Using a sharp scissors or a stitch release tool, you may remove these stitched separators -- creating a larger pocket. Please be careful not to remove the stitches that hold the straps in place.
